Goan Vegetarian and Vegan Recipes
Vegetarian and Vegan food is very common in Goan Cuisine. There is a lot of Portuguese influence on the cuisine, especially in the catholic style of cooking.
The Goans use a lot of local produce from coconuts, local rice and veggies to fish. Here are some recipes I have tried I am Indian from North Karnataka but was brought up in Maharashtra. My longest period of staying in one place is Goa so I have picked up some real gold nuggets here.
