Kande Pohe

My SIL showed me this method of cooking rice. Thalipeeth Bhazani

Bhazani is where different grains are roasted together and ground to a flour. It is generally used to make thalipeeth. Use it with a lot of vegetables like onions, tomatoes etc. with water to make a soft dough. The dough is then spread on a tava using your fingers. Serve hot with curds, onion chutney
