Simple, easy and delicious this is the best Guacamole recipe that I make often.
To make authentic guacamole you need just the fresh ingredients. I generally use onion, tomatoes, cilantro, chillies, lime juice, garlic and salt. Just mix them up! How difficult can it get!
I never did like avocado in the past mainly because I had a tasteless avocado milkshake. So most of the time my avocado was in the bin. But once I made this yum-tasting this yum Guasacaca and I changed my tune.
Try serving this Guac with Veggie Quesadilla Recipe and I am sure like me you will love it.

This Guacamole Recipe and me
When the girls were younger Sunday marketing was a must and once I picked up avocados. Hubby was thrilled ( he loves his avocado shake 🙁 ).
Then he saw me chopping stuff up for a salad. Assured the Mad scientist was at work and left for his meeting.
By the time he came back, the girls had already started their meal.
Apeksha served him a minuscule portion just to harass him. “Taste it, Pappa. You may not like it”!
He came back not just for seconds but for fourths also. The entire bowl was over in one sitting.
