This is a tasty and healthy dal as nutrients of palak get added to the dal. Simple and easy to cook it takes about 25 minutes from start to finish serve with steamed rice even as a side for plain rotis this is a filling meal ideal for a busy college student as well as the bachelors who are longing for home cooked food.
Dal Palak
Like I have said Lentils are an inseparable part of an Indian Meal. The lentils are called dals and we use quite a few of them in our everyday meals. Not only they take care of nutrition they also give the variety we all crave for.
Season and local produce play a great part in the homemaker’s decision of how to cook food. A good cook can use in various proportions the same ingredients and give you a delicious variety of food. here. I have used the same dal and palak and shared Kuttu yesterday. Do check it out
