Lasun Chutney or Garlic Chutney is very delicious and is a common place condiment in Indian houses.
I used to make this Lasun Chutney, Baloli Chutney or Garlic Chutney very often in the past. It has ground nuts seeds in it and now since that causes us acidity I tried making this chutney with sunflower seeds.
What surprised me was Apeksha, my elder daughter who does not like these chutneys loved it and keeps telling me to make this chutney again.
