#Safed Dhokla or Edada and #Sooji Dhokla

#Safed Dhokla or Edada and #Sooji Dhokla

Since Gujarati Thali and no dhokla is unacceptable to hubby I decided to try Safed Dhokla also known as Edada. Since hubby is happy with any kind of dhokla. The food blogger in me however refused to accept that I make these same dhokla as here or here.

I toddled over to  Vaishali’s place. The rest is history …

    Nice to know someone likes dhokla at your place. In my case, I have to eat it all by myself.

    dhoka has been on my to do list for so long – I even have the store bought dhokla flour so no excuses right and yet..still to do – looks delicious
