Healthy Instant Corn Dhokla is a dhokla lovers instant fix.
- Blend sweet corn and curd in a mixer till smooth.
- Add rava, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, salt & half cup water mix well.
- Just before steaming sprinkle fruit salt and lemon juice. Mix gently
- Spoon in greased muffin/ vati moulds and steam for 15-20 minutes. Cool and serve.

i love trying new things with corn and dhokla my all time favorite but my mom never gets right measurement and it dsnt turn out the way expected 🙁 but this recipe looks simple and tempting will try for sure 🙂
