Baking is something I enjoy but baking bread is something that I do not dare try at all.
1 ¼ teaspoon Salt
2 tblsp Oil
2 teaspoon Active dry yeast
2 chopped fine Green chillies
15-20 Mint leaves, chopped fine
¼ cup Coriander, chopped
7 flakes Garlic, crushedTo make a paste:
2 tablespoon Oil
Salt - to taste (about ½ tsp)
3 chopped Green chillies
2 tablespoon Mint leaves chopped
½ cup Coriander
1 clove Garlic
