Irish coffee syrup
1 cup (8 oz) club soda
1/2 cup less 2 teaspoon (4 oz) chocolate syrup
(ice cream topping)
2 teaspoon Irish coffee syrup
1/2 tablespoon butter
in the microwave 1 minute or until syrup is
bubbly and butter has melted.
slowly mix in soda. Mixture will fizz quite a bit.
treat for two!
