I cooked this delicious Matbucha I was surprised when I tasted it. Matbucha looked so delicious that I did not want to wait the refrigeration period. Take it from me it tastes good as a side dish also.

Matbucha looked so delicious smelt so yum that I did not want to wait the refrigeration period. Take it from me it tastes good as a side dish also.

Matbucha

Matbucha is a cooked salad the main ingredients of which are tomatoes and capsicum seasoned with garlic and chillies in Arabic and an appetiser from North Africa in Israel, Morocco and throughout the Middle East. But is yum dip too.

A Matbucha is a part of Meze which can hold a spread with Hummus, Tzatziki, Falafel, Muhammara, and Roasted Red Pepper Spread.
