Instructions
In a thick bottomed kadhai/wok heat oil.
Once the oil is hot add the garlic, capsicum, jalapeno chilli and tomatoes.
Add the black pepper, salt and red chilli powder.
Add the black pepper, salt and red chilli powder.
Stir occasionally and cook for about 20 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
Cover and cook over low flame until the liquid evaporates and the salad has thickened.
Stir in the lemon juice, and refrigerate overnight before serving.
