Ghuguni Recipe checks all the boxes for me. It is vegan, gluten-free, protein-rich and easy to make. A simple side dish that can be served as a snack too. Try making this yum curry and you will fall in love with it!
Digestive Biscuits Chocolate Ladoos are simple to make but a delicious sweet.
Serve them to as a snack or a dessert to a toddler who walks in as these are quick fix ladoos and need hardly any time to put together. In fact, they can be made just as you are talking to them.
The biscuits used can be Marie, glucose will be too sweet but then that is a choice too. I have used digestive biscuits here as I needed to finish them.
The ladoos may be dressed up or down like dip them in chocolate ganache and roll in coloured sprinkles and you have a hit recipe for your toddler’s party. You can also roll the ladoos in powdered biscuit or like me in desiccated coconut.
Mind you it’s not a very healthy recipe but occasionally you can indulge the kiddos.
Wondering why I am talking of these Digestive Biscuits Chocolate Ladoos when my kids are all grown up? I have 2 nephews Ayan and Anay who will like these for their snack. Maybe Ayan can help Mamma make them too. But my kiddos also love chocolate! How much?
This is my first to the delicious topic of Kid’s Delight-Chocolates!
