Kadhi is made in Maharastrian cuisine , Punjabi cuisine and well as in Karnataka. But there is a slight difference in what is made in Karnataka.
Back to Gujarati Kadhi It is basically a sweet and spicy curd mixture thickened with gram flour; you can use other ingredients like pakoras.
Though a simple dish it requires a lot of patience and of course practice. Never to boil the kadhi on a high flame as it tends to curdle.
