Today is the last day of Blogging Marathon. I am sorry that it has come to an end. I thought that my family will start complaining about the salad or soup that I was dishing out daily luckily even the little one has not. I would have been happier if she had tried the different salads and soups but that’s her I did not want to force her as she might give up on them totally.
Today’s salad is Fruit chaat I must confess that only my hubby and I ate it as it was rejected by both my daughter’s for various reasons.
Maybe you will have better luck.
My first encounter with Fruit Chaat was in Srivastav Auntie’s place in Indore. As my hubby does not like sweets she made this delicious chat in just 10 minutes. And we were impressed.
Since then it is an absolute favourite with hubby and me.
There are no proportions no fixed fruits you should use.
I have here used
1 sweet lime
Papaya
1 apple
2 slices of fresh pineapple
2 slices of fresh pineapple
Chaat masala
Just choop the apples, remove the segments of the sweet lime and make pieces add the peeled and chopped papaya and pineapple. Add Chaat masala. Eat!!
You can also use oranges, pomegranate , banana, cucumber!!
This is my entry for Day 7 of BM #9 Group 2. Do check out what the others are making here.

interesting salad, my son would gobble down the plate in minutes, heloves fruits.
About the anarse, I made the flour in mixie itself, But I know that the khal batta was a popular option and even my granny used it. Dont worry, the mixie option works just about fine.
