Some of my readers have asked me what equipment I use to cook.
So this is my page which I plan to slowly build so that the tools of my trade are on display.

- This is called Appe Patra, Paniyaram Pan, Gundpangla Hanchu. You can use it to make Moong Dal,Urid Dal Paddu. But these days I use it regularly to make deep-fried stuff low-fat stuff.

Kadahi is also called a wok and I use a variety of them. I prefer one for any vegetable, frying or even roasting masalas. Here are the different kinds I use the hard anodised one and the triple-ply kadhai. I recently bought a non-stick one that I love.
- Mixer and the jars I use a Panasonic mixer for the last 10-15 years.
