This was one of the toughest themes for me. For one, all the recipes I wanted to make need you to eat them immediately and the girls are holidaying. So it has to be something that can be eaten cold if at all they eat and finish.
This was a mish-mash recipe I came up with because I could not for the life of me not think of what to do. In fact, I took a picture just as a reminder of what I made not for blogging but it was delicious that I just had to post it.
After I finished cooking it I realised that I should have added coconut milk in place of water it would have tasted better. Next time…
