In the last of my combos for the first week in the #Buffet on Table I wanted to represent India. So I tried something that has been teasing and tantalising me for ages. #Parda Pulao! Actually #Parda Pulao is made from mutton but that in no way should stop us vegetarians from making this delicious pulao.
