Instructions
Combine the milk, coffee powder, and red chilli in a medium saucepan. To dissolve the coffee, vigorously whisk it in.
Bring the mixture to a boil with the cinnamon stick on a low flame.
Switch off the flame. Cover and steep for 10 minutes.
If you're using a chocolate block, chop it up in the meantime.
In a bowl, place the chopped chocolate. Using a strainer, pour the milk over the chocolate and whisk until it melts. Check and add sugar.
Return the strained mixture to the pan with the chocolate and heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate has completely melted.
Serve right away.
