Ingredients

avocado

lemon juice

green chilli
chopped fine

coriander leaves
chopped fine
salt
to taste
sugar
to taste
Instructions
Chop onions, tomatoes, bell pepper, garlic cloves, green chilli and coriander leaves. keep ready.
Cut the avocado scoop out the pulp.
Mash the avocado with a fork.
Add the lemon juice, onions, tomatoes, bell pepper, garlic cloves, green chilli and coriander leaves.
Add the salt and sugar.
Check for seasonings and serve.
How to serve:
On toast with cheese, slather away on burgers, pita wraps, with veggies
Notes
Substitutes:
Use vinegar in place of lemon juice. Use hot chilli or chilli sauce in place of green chillies.
Variations:
Add more chillies if you want a spicy guac.
We like our guac chunky but you can blend them too.
How to store:
Guacamole tastes best fresh. If you try storing it changes colour and taste.
In case you want to serve guac later mix all the ingredients except the avocado. Mix the avocado last just before serving.
