Instructions
In a pan heat, the
1 tablespoon Butter
add the garlic(if using) and onion and stir fry on low flame till translucent.
Add the potatoes and 1 cup water.
Once the potatoes cook add the peas and switch off the gas.
Cool the mixture completely and blend in a mixer till smooth.
Transfer to the same pan add the milk, salt, pepper and add water and adjust the consistency of the soup.
Cook for about 3 minutes.
Serve garnished with cream.
