barley
boiled and drained

red chilli powder

tamarind chutney

tablespoon
coriander mint chutney

teaspoon
Chaat masala

teaspoon
Coriander leaves
chopped
Salt
to Taste
Instructions
Add the boiled barley to a mixing bowl. Let it cool fully.
Mix the onions, tomatoes, potato, the chutneys, chilli, chilli powder, chaat masala, salt and mix well with the barley.
Transfer to a plate and sprinkle sev, coriander leaves.
I arranged the tomato slices and served.

Notes: Since I had added zest to my boiling barley my bhel had a lemony zest flavour not appreciated much.
