Tender Coconut Falooda
Simple yet yummy and healthy drink for summer.
Servings: 2 glasses
- 1 tender coconut flesh medium thick
- Water from the coconut
- 1/2 cup Milk chilled
- 1 tbsp Sugar optional
Cut the coconut flesh into small cubes. Reserve a few cubes.
In the blender jar of the mixer add the rest of the coconut flesh, water from the coconut, milk and whizz it.
Check if you need sugar add it and whizz again.
Serve in a glass topped with the reserved tender coconut.
- Serve topped with vanilla ice cream.
- In case you are serving a diabetic avoid the sugar.
- In case you want a Vegan Tender Coconut Falooda use Plant-Based milk like Almond milk, Coconut milk.
