yoghurt

Lemon juice
For Garnish

teaspoon
olive oil
paprika
a pinch

teaspoon
sesame seeds

mint leaves
Instructions
Grind the
4 tablespoon Sattu Flour
and the roasted
2 teaspoon sesame seeds
in a dry grinder.
Blend the
2 tablespoon yoghurt
,
4 garlic
cloves,
Salt
and
3-4 ice cubes
in another mixer jar.
Mix the sattu and blended yoghurt till it is well combined.
Mix in the
1-2 teaspoon Lemon juice
.
Garnish:
Garnish with
1-2 teaspoon olive oil
, A pinch of
paprika
, and toasted
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
.
