Instructions
In a large mixing bowl,
2 cups puffed rice

½ cup Potatoes
,
¼ cup onion
,
¼ cup Tomatoes
,
1 teaspoon Green chillies
.
Mix
1 tablespoon tamarind chutney
,
1- ½ tablespoon Dates chutney
,
1 tablespoon Green Chutney
,
¼ teaspoon Chaat masala
,
¼ teaspoon cumin seed powder
,
¼ teaspoon rock salt
.
Mix gently the crushed
6 papdi
,
¼ cup Nylon sev
.
Transfer to plates and distribute the
2 tablespoon Coriander leaves
,
Lemon juice
or
Green Raw Mango
.
Serve immediately so that it is crisp and crunchy.
