Remove the stone and quarter the plums. Peel and core apples,
Add the fruit, 100 grams sugar, lemon juice in a pan and cook till the fruit softens.
To make the Cobbler Topping:
Sift the flour, baking powder. If you are using unsalted butter add a ¼ teaspoon salt and well.
Stir in the 60 grams of sugar and mix well.
If you have a food processor process the flour and butter to get fine crumbs. If you do not have a food processor use your fingertips and rub in the butter in the flour to get fine crumbs.
Add the yoghurt and milk to form a soft dough. If you want a droppable batter do add 2 tablespoon of milk.
Meanwhile, transfer the fruit to a pie dish and spread it out.
You can roll out the dough and add it to the fruit or drop it on the fruit like batter. Leave gaps between the fruit.
Transfer to a preheated oven and bake at 180C/350F for 50 minutes or until the topping is golden and the fruit is visibly bubbling beneath.
Peel and slice the peaches if you are using them. In case you are using berries just use fresh firm ones.
