Chocolate sauce that is delicious and addictive.

- 1 cup Milk I use 6%
- 2 tsp Corn flour
- 1 tblsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp Sugar optional
- 1/4 cup Dark chocolate
- 1 tblsp Butter
In a saucepan add all the ingredients except the butter.
On low flame heat the mixture.
Keep stirring with a whisk. (Helps prevent lumps).
Once the mixture thickens and starts coating the whisk remove from heat.
Add the butter and beat well.
Strain if needed I did not need to strain.
Serve on any ice cream or cake. We had it with brownies and ice cream.
