  • 1 broccoli head
  • 2 Onions diced
  • 6 Garlic cloves diced
  • 16 almonds
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 1 cup Milk
  • Salt to Taste
  • 1 tsp pepper


  • Chop the broccoli into fine pieces.
  • In a deep pan, heat the oil and butter.
  • Add the garlic and stir-fry until the raw smell goes away.
  • Add the onions and stir-fry until the onions are translucent.
  • Add the almonds and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the broccoli and stir-fry until colour changes.
  • Remove from the flame; allow it to cool a little.
  • Transfer to a mixer jar or blend to a smooth paste.
  • Transfer the mixture in the pan adjust the thickness and bring to boil.
  • Add milk and cook for 2 minutes or till the mixture comes to boil.
  • Serve immediately garnished with pepper powder as needed.
  • Serve hot.
