When you have to deal with tummy issues every monsoon, here is one no cook home remedy that made from ginger and lemon.
Servings: 8 people
- 250 grams ginger washed and peeled
- 6 lemon juiced
- 1 tsp rock salt
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
Making the Ginger and Lemon Juice:
Soak and peel the ginger. You can grate and squeeze the liquid but I just ground it up in the mixer.
Squeeze the lemon and pour over the ginger.
Add 1/4 tsp of salt and sugar. You can always add more if needed so use a little less.
