In a thick-bottomed vessel, heat ghee add the cinnamon, cloves, tejpatta/bay leaf until you get a distinctive aroma.
Add the green chillies, garlic and ginger.
Stir well then add onions stir-fry until translucent.
Add quinoa along with the water and mix well.
Add water, salt.
Stir to mix and cook.
Add green peas and mix well.
Cover and cook on medium heat until fully done.
Keep stirring once a while.
Serve hot with raita.
