Ingredients

Instructions
Slice the bananas and set aside.
In a kadhai/wok, add a little less than ¼ cups water, cloves, sugar and boil on medium flame until the sugar dissolves and you have a syrup.
Add banana slices and stir.
Boil for about 20 minutes.
Add the ghee and elaichi powder.
Mix and switch off the gas.
Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
