The Frame
Now this week we have the the series that I dread the most ART & CRAFT at the Blogging Marathon!
I am a not into this basically because I feel for Art and Craft you need patience which I lack. I never complete the projects I start and so we are littered with lot of incomplete stuff that one fine day finds its way to the bin. Most of the stuff here in these posts are made by my kids.
This is my entry for today THE FRAME!
This has been made by Akanksha, the paper cutter.
This is what she has done.
Here she has used a notebook cardboard after removing the pages.
The binding between the two she has cut.
One has been covered with a plain paper (you can use decorative paper). Set aside.
She then measured and cut the 3 borders for the frame about 1 ½ inch in thickness with the second piece of cardboard. This she decorated with different colour paper and attached it to the first cardboard with fevicol.
The leftover rectangle at the bottom with a blade about ½ inches she cut but carefully bent it. It should not separate from the original piece. This she attached to the back of the frame with a piece of paper. To control the amount of opening she has used a small piece of paper folded in ½.
Finally she slipped a picture and a sheet of slide she had cut up to fit in the frame.
This is my entry for the Blogging Marathon under the heading Art & Craft!
