Barley Bhelpuri|How to make Bhelpuri Chaat with Barley
A twist to the regular bhelpuri, an Indian Streetfood.

  1. Add the boiled barley to a mixing bowl. Let it cool fully.
  2. Mix the onions, tomatoes, potato, the chutneys, chilli, chilli powder, chaat masala, salt and mix well with the barley.
  3. Transfer to a plate and sprinkle sev, coriander leaves.
  4. I arranged the tomato slices and served.

Notes: Since I had added zest to my boiling barley my bhel had a lemony zest flavour not appreciated much.
