Ahmadabad … will I be ever forget my time spent there. It crops up in my memories and talk all the time. So much that my family and friends want to visits as soon as possible this place that I believe was made more beautiful because of the friends we were with.
Anyway the last day at Ahmadabad we went shopping, veggie shopping and I picked up jalapenos. Both red and green!! The green was converted to a stuffed veggie but the red got different makeovers some of them got converted to a pickle about four of them got under my newly brought paring knife an got new looks.

Not much to do in this just slit them and skewer them you have this. I had seen this in one of the Marathi channels “Amhe SAre Khavaiya” . Try them and your party table needs hardly any decorations.
One word of caution though the chillies are pungent oil your hands then handle them, do not let your hands come in contact with your face. Else use gloves.
