2 cups buttermilk
2 cups Bombay rava
2 -3 onions chopped fine
Salt to taste
- Mix the buttermilk and rava and keep aside for 30 minutes.
- The mixture should resemble idli batter in which you add the rest of the ingredients.
- Prepare appe in the appe mould,as you normally (in case of doubt click here).
- Serve hot with chutney and sambhar or as Smita has suggested as dahi wada.
