The Goan Style Sukhi Potato Bhaji recipe is a no-onion,no-garlic vegetable not dry nor is it runny. It is just right for you to scoop it up with buns or pav.
The season where we sang as kids (for that was the only one we knew)
Dashing through the snow
On a one-horse open sleigh,
Over the fields we go,
Laughing all the way;
Bells on bob-tail ring,
Making spirits bright,
What fun it is to ride and sing
A sleighing song tonight.
Jingle bells, jingle bells,
Jingle all the way!
O what fun it is to ride
In a one-horse open sleigh.
There is more to the song do check out the link.
Now that we have Christmas Carols going I think I like ‘Silent Night’ more, but there are so many more songs that I don’t know about.
I love this season as you get lovely veggies… I know my daughters are going to wonder if I am okay but you do get great veggies. And I have no excuse to stop baking and chocolates. An absolute favourite at my place….
So I thought of getting all my favourite recipes one page. Make it easy for me too. Of course, I will be adding new recipes to this list so do come back and check it out.
I am yet to make the Goan Delicacies so that is the plan this year.
