  1. Chop the broccoli into fine pieces.
  2. In a deep pan, heat the oil and butter.
  3. Add the garlic and stir-fry until the raw smell goes away.
  4. Add the onions and stir-fry until the onions are translucent.
  5. Add the almonds and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add the broccoli and stir-fry until colour changes.
  7. Remove from the flame; allow it to cool a little.
  8. Transfer to a mixer jar or blend to a smooth paste.
  9. Transfer the mixture in the pan adjust the thickness and bring to boil.
  10. Add milk and cook for 2 minutes or till the mixture comes to boil.
  11. Serve immediately garnished with pepper powder as needed.
  12. Serve hot.
