  1. Heat a kadhai/wok when it is hot add oil.
  2. Splutter the mustard seeds. Add urid dal and let it redden. Add the ground nuts and fry till you get a lovely aroma.
  3. Add the green chillies, haldi, and onion. Fry the onion till the onion becomes translucent.
  4. Add the rice , slat , suagr and red chilli powder. Mix well.
  5. Cook covered for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
