Paneer Paratha will be my ideal Protein rich breakfast and for my main course. Paneer Paratha is one of the popular Punjabi Paratha and available in restaurants and dhabbas.  I love the way it tastes and melts in the mouth especially with homemade butter.

My friend, Shanta, shared this paneer paratha recipe and she has brought it often to work. So it was no brainer that I wanted to make this paratha as my breakfast meal for this protein rich marathon.

The main ingredients in this paneer paratha are paneer, onion, chillies and dhania/ coriander leaves.

The other parathas in my space are Simple Paratha with Leftover Moong Dal,      Nutritious Sattu ka Paratha, an Indian Bread Stuffed With Roasted Gram, Aloo Paratha,  Mooli ke Parathe/ Raddish Paratha Indian Flat Bread.

  9. Transfer the paratha to the tawa and cook it till small bubbles appear.
  10. Flip; apply oil on the flipped side. Cook till brown spots appear.
  11. Flip and repeat the process until brown spots appear on both sides.

I can have paneer daily for months and this paneer paratha sounds like a good option for a protein rich breakfast.

My mom used to pulse paneer, chillies and coriander leaves and then use it as a filling for parathas. A friend of mine adds a bit of ketchup and rolls it as a warp. So nice to see another version here

This had been one on the top list when I used to pack lunch for school. It is one of the healthiest parathas and you have made it perfectly.
