Matbucha is a cooked salad the main ingredients of which are tomatoes and capsicum seasoned with garlic and chillies in Arabic and an appetiser from North Africa in Israel, Morocco and throughout the Middle East. But is yum dip too.

A Matbucha is a part of Meze which can hold a spread with Hummus, Tzatziki, Falafel, Muhammara, and Roasted Red Pepper Spread.
