  1. In the manual string chopper, add the green chillies, garlic, jaggery, tamarind pulp, chilli powder, soya sauce, lemon juice, coriander and salt and pull the string till the mixture is coarsely ground. (You can also use the mortar, pestle, and pound).
  2. Add the coarsely chopped and continue to pull the string until the mixture comes together.
  3. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve immediately.
