Eggless Whole-wheat Chocolate Cake
Egg-less Whole-Wheat Chocolate Cake is soft moist and utterly delicious. My daughter has told me it is the best cake I have baked until date.

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven at 170⁰C.
  2. Dissolve the coffee in the water.
  3. Mix sugar, oil, and buttermilk. Set aside.
  4. Grease a Bundt pan or 2 pans of 6 inches.
  5. Dust with cocoa. Set aside.
  6. Sift together the dry ingredients in a big bowl.
  7. Make a well in the center of the flour mix and add the liquid.
  8. Fold slowly.
  9. If you feel the batter is too thick, add 2-3 tbsp of water at a time and fold.
  10. Pour in prepared cake tins and bake for 40-45 minutes.
