Seeni Sambol

Seeni Sambol is a combination of sweet, sour and spicy sambol that is served with rice, hoppers or bread in the Sri Lankan Cuisine.

I made it  along with Pumpkin Curry,  Lulu Miris and Lentil – Dal Curry Recipe, Sri Lankan style  during  “#BuffetonTable “.

Senni Sambol takes time but none the less is just as delicious. It stays in your fridge for ages. I actually had kept  some( read a lot)  to make a stuffing in a bread but never got down to baking it. Finally I used it up as a stuffing in grilled bread sandwich.

So get down to making Seeni Sambol I have adapted from here and here.
