Today let’s make Khamang Kakdi a Maharashtrian way of making cucumber salad.
Khamang Kakdi is what I learnt after marriage. It’s delicious and unlike yesterday’s Sautikai Kosambari you don’t need curds that I had talked about yesterday.
What I like about these salads is that you can use them as an accompaniment for your chapatti or rice. It’s delicious with pulaos too.
