#Moong Dal ki Khichidi

Gujarati Khichidis are easy to make and tasty. This khichdi is an example of the Kathiawad form of cuisine.

Delicious yet healthy combination of dal, rice and   mixed vegetables makes this khichdi nutritious and filling. The khichdi is a blend of flavours that you can enjoy plain with curds or like us with Guajarati Kadhi. I have adapted this recipe from here.

But today please join me for #Batata nu Shaak, #Khichidi and #Gujarati Kadhi along with #Soojia Dhokla and #Khatta Dhokla!

This version of khichidi sounds like a one pot meal in itself.

Btw, potato shaak post is closed for comments. So leaving the comment here itself. I use lot of sesame in my curries but never used in potatoes. Need to try it sometime
