Gujarati Khichidis are easy to make and tasty. This khichdi is an example of the Kathiawad form of cuisine.
Delicious yet healthy combination of dal, rice and mixed vegetables makes this khichdi nutritious and filling. The khichdi is a blend of flavours that you can enjoy plain with curds or like us with Guajarati Kadhi. I have adapted this recipe from here.
